Prufrock Coffee is an institution within the London specialty coffee scene, founded in 2009 by former World Barista Champion Gwilym Davies and Jeremy Challender. Located on Leather Lane, Clerkenwell, Prufrock is renowned for serving truly incredible, ethically-sourced specialty coffee from small-scale growers worldwide. Beyond its dedication to the perfect cup, the café is celebrated for its commitment to education and science in brewing, featuring a dedicated training area and a highly knowledgeable team of baristas.
